What's the most important thing(s) to consider when building your folio?

It’s hard to pick just one thing when building a portfolio, as it’s a combination of different elements coming together. If I have to pick one, I’d say try to be authentic and original. Don’t follow the trends; show who you truly are, and your work will do the rest.

2. ⁠AI - A friend or a foe?

That's a tricky question, haha! It depends, as AI is such a complex and vast concept. When we talk about AI applied to design, I definitely see it as a friend. AI is an incredible tool that opens up so many creative possibilities. However, if you don’t know how to use it or don’t have anything to say, then it remains 'just' a tool.

What is the best designed app or website you have ever come across and why?

I think the best app, or more like the best product as a whole, that I came across recently is Perplexity AI. I love what they’re creating and their overall aesthetic. The mobile app is clean and it brings together design, interactivity, and functionality in a masterful way. Shout out to my ex-colleague from Metalab, Gunnar, who is working there now!
