Let’s be honest, we’re only as good as the stories we create. And most of those are the introductions we make from one human to another BUSINESS. Here are some of the recent stories that we’re proud of.

Every person, place and problem is unique to us. So, we see every introduction as a little story that we’re helping create.

Anna & Eve, Creative Team

__

What is top of your bucket lists?

Cannes was on top of the bucket list, but this year we somehow manage to achieve that (way earlier than expected) by winning UK Cannes Young Lions. On our personal bucket lists though- Eve would like to perfect a recipe for homemade gnocchi and Anna would love a home library with a rolling ladder on the shelves.

Tell us about your favourite campaign you’ve worked on.

Our favourite campaign that we’ve worked on has been the out of home posters for Tommy’s baby loss charity- we only had a few weeks to complete but it really made an impact. We could see our work out there in the wild and it was a massive bonus that we helped bring awareness to a worthy cause.

Creative inspiration, where do you find yourself looking to?

Eve: I love watching creative competition shows, e.g. great pottery throw down/glow up.

Anna: I love sharing our ideas with other creative babes around the office.

Is there a piece of work that sparks envy in you? Why do you wish you had created it?

For a fun campaign, we wish we’d created the Sheba "You'll do anything for a kitten" and Marmite "Baby Scan" and on the other side of the creative spectrum we of course envy the creators of "Blood Normal" for Bodyform.

What are your creative superpowers?

We both bond over having the power of mind control, how do you think we managed to win Young Lions on the first try?

What do you think is missing for emerging talent in the industry?

The industry has always been tough to break into, but at the moment it feels even tougher than ever. Morale in young talent is low and they sit at the bottom of agencies priority list. We felt there could be more help and support out there for emerging talent from people who are already in the industry. They need shoulders to lean on and agencies to do more to compensate for the low wages and the stress of uncertainty. That's why we've have set up the Creative Newbies Network- A network just for placement level creatives, to be that shoulder to lean on. We give advice, do workshops and have even set up a discord server to help single creatives pair up! We can’t fix everything for them, but at least a place of support isn’t missing anymore for emerging talent.
